Exfoliating cleansing gel
Teen Derm Gel, Isispharma’s No.1 product, deeply cleanses and exfoliates your skin to rid it of impurities and to regulate excess sebum thanks to its α-PURE complex of active ingredients.Say goodbye to oily skin with our avocado oil esters!
The hormones in our body, in particular dihydrotestosterone, play a role in sebum production.
Avocado oil esters block 5α-Reductase enzyme activity, which in turn limits the production of those hormones and thus the synthesis of sebum, which we only really want is small doses.
These active ingredients therefore reduce excessive sebum secretions to help you say goodbye to oily skin!
We’ve selected esters from avocado oil, active ingredients of plant origin, with more than 95% purity. Their manufacturing process is in line with the principles of green chemistry.
Added to our formula at a 1% concentration, salicylic acid is not only well-known for fighting acne, but it also has excellent keratolytic properties.
What exactly does that mean? It means it exfoliates the epidermis, the outermost layer of your skin.
But don’t panic, it’s possible to exfoliate without irritating!
It’s a KEY step in your skincare routine because sebum and other debris accumulate in acne-prone skin, making it thicker and ultimately leading to the appearance of imperfections!
Used for over 2,000 years as a remedy for skin disorders, this active ingredient is naturally derived from meadowsweet and white willow. Our formula contains a synthetic form of salicylic acid for the highest level of purity and consistent quality, which means you can be sure of optimal efficacy and tolerance.
Salicylic acid is the subject of current debate due to its potential endocrine disrupting properties. What exactly does that mean? Salicylic acid is suspected to interfere with the way the endocrine system works and cause adverse effects in the bodies of exposed individuals and their descendants. Scientific evidence has proven the safety of this ingredient in cosmetics. To date, the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety, or SCCS, considers salicylic acid to be safe when used at a concentration below 2%.
